Affiliate Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary:

As an Affiliate Outreach Coordinator you will join us on our journey to become a major global beauty brand and hit the $100M mark within the next 3 years.

You will report to the Influencer & Content Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing optimization and relationship-management of existing and potential affiliate partners

  • Daily monitoring of trends and patterns from online marketing efforts

  • Work directly with the associated teams on payment terms, schedules, and delivery, to ensure all affiliates are paid within the right time frame

  • Own communication with assigned ambassadors - ensure they are on top of deliverables, following contract requirements, and creating high-quality content

  • Documentation of content created by affiliate partners in designated creator folders

  • Log all partner posts, noting date, view count, and post links on a daily basis

  • Contract a set number of creators on a weekly basis to meet business needs and goals

  • Connect with social media influencers in our industry and pinpoint new media opportunities while actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.

  • Establish and maintain regular communication between the brand and influencer partners, actively source and negotiate new influencer partnerships.

  • Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines and edit and proofread influencer materials and content prior to post date.

  • Assist in creating recommended influencer/creator one-sheets that are aligned with clients’ campaign vision and goals

  • Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high-quality content with social media content creators

Requirements:

  • Has at least 3 years experience as an Affiliate Outreach Coordinator or something similar

  • Expertise in social media platforms (primarily Instagram and Tik tok)

  • Understanding of marketing metrics and being able to analyze marketing data and KPIs to identify areas of opportunity and improvement

  • Extensive editorial and social media content development experience and a solid understanding of basic digital design and user experience principles

  • Successful track record of elevating brands and influencers alike

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Experience working in a high-growth or start-up environment (SaaS or B2B space is a huge plus!)
