Job Summary:

As the Amazon Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our presence on the Amazon platform. You will leverage your expertise in Amazon's seller central, advertising tools, and marketplace strategies to drive sales, improve visibility, and enhance the overall performance of our Amazon accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Account Management:

    • Manage and optimize our Amazon seller accounts to maximize sales and profitability.

    • Monitor key metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews to identify areas for improvement.

    • Implement strategies to increase product visibility, improve search rankings, and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Amazon Advertising:

    • Develop and execute advertising campaigns using Amazon's advertising tools, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.

    • Analyze campaign performance and optimize targeting, keywords, and bidding strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).

    • Stay updated on the latest Amazon advertising trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

  • Product Listings and Optimization:

    • Create and optimize product listings to ensure they are compelling, accurate, and optimized for search.

    • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and incorporate them into product listings and advertising campaigns.

    • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product differentiation and optimization.

  • Inventory Management and Fulfillment:

    • Coordinate with our operations team to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely fulfillment of orders.

    • Monitor inventory performance and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon account management and optimization.

  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability on the Amazon platform.

  • Strong understanding of Amazon's seller central, advertising tools, and marketplace dynamics.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Amazon Seller Central and Advertising certifications are a plus.
