Amazon Specialist

Salary: ₱40,000 to ₱60,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Specialist to manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central and ensure smooth execution of essential Amazon-related tasks. This role requires hands-on experience with listing management, inventory control, and promotional strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proficient in utilizing Amazon tools to optimize listings, maintain compliance, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Seller Central Management:

    • Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central, including listing creation, troubleshooting variations, and case management.

    • Update and maintain product listings, optimizing titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.

    • Monitor account health, resolving compliance issues, listing suppressions, and stranded inventory.

  • Product Listing Maintenance & Optimization:

    • Conduct keyword research using DataDive and/or Helium 10 and update listings accordingly.

    • Implement A+ Content and Brand Store updates as needed.

    • Ensure all product images, descriptions, and variations comply with Amazon’s guidelines.

  • FBA Shipment Creations:

    • Create FBA shipments based on weekly restock recommendations.

  • Marketing & Promotions Support:

    • Monitor and execute Lightning Deals, Coupons, and other promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.

  • Strong knowledge of listing management, inventory control, and fulfillment operations.

  • Familiarity with Amazon PPC and promotional tools, with the ability to follow provided strategies.

  • Experience using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and DataDive is required.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management and analysis.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

  • Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Amazon Stores is required.

  • Strong written communication skills for handling customer inquiries and support tickets.
