Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asana Project Manager to assist the Product Development team on a temporary, project-based assignment. This role involves designing and setting up project management boards in Asana, providing training to team members, and ensuring the boards are optimized for tracking progress, deadlines, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement project management boards in Asana tailored to the needs of the Product Development team.

  • Provide hands-on training to team members, ensuring they are proficient in using Asana boards and features.

  • Optimize boards for efficient tracking of progress, deadlines, and team collaboration.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure workflows are streamlined and meet project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Asana, including advanced features and customizations.

  • Experience setting up project management systems and workflows.

  • Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to guide team members effectively.

  • Prior project management experience is a plus.
