Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Copywriter based in Mexico to support Spanish-language content creation for our growing digital presence. This role involves crafting compelling and accurate copy in Spanish, translating and adapting English materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand voice consistency across marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a native Spanish speaker with strong English fluency, professional copywriting experience, and a deep understanding of tailoring messaging for Spanish-speaking audiences in LATAM.

Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging, accurate Spanish-language content for web pages, blog posts, email campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.

  • Translate and localize English content into Spanish while preserving tone, context, and brand voice.

  • Collaborate with SEO strategists to produce optimized content for search engines.

  • Develop and refine legal and professional services content in Spanish, ensuring clear, compliant, and culturally relevant messaging.

  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, legal, and design to align on tone and messaging.

  • Edit and proofread content in both Spanish and English for grammar, accuracy, and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Native Spanish speaker with excellent writing and grammar skills.

  • Fluent in English, with proven ability to translate and write fluidly across both languages.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional copywriting experience (marketing, agency, or legal industry preferred).

  • Strong grasp of tone, messaging, and cultural context for Spanish-speaking audiences.

  • Experience writing for legal, personal injury, or professional services sectors is a strong plus.

  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.

  • Familiarity with SEO writing best practices is a bonus.
