Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, and managing order-related concerns on various social media platforms. The position requires proficiency in using Converse Digital or a similar customer service tool. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will engage with customers, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall success of our customer service efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on social media, manage channels for a positive experience, and collaborate with the marketing team for feedback.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, coordinate with fulfillment for timely delivery, and process returns, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies.

  • Maintain a positive and professional tone, offering product recommendations and information based on customer needs.

  • Efficiently use Converse Digital or a similar tool for customer interactions, leveraging features to enhance communication and service.

  • Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.

  • Experience in the Beauty Industry is a must

  • Familiarity with Converse Digital or a comparable customer service tool.

  • Experience with Zendesk is preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
