Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Data Analytics Manager to drive insights-based decision-making and performance visibility across the organization. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver actionable insights that support customer acquisition, retention, and product experience optimization. This position offers a high-impact opportunity to shape strategy and contribute to delivering meaningful experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards in PowerBI to provide timely and reliable performance insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct analyses, including predictive LTV models, cohort retention forecasts, promotional ROI analyses, new product launch tracking, and cross-sell deep dives.

  • Partner with Marketing leadership to assess channel efficiency and customer behavior to support performance marketing and omni-channel strategy.

  • Present clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Design and enhance data infrastructure, ensuring best practices for data collection, management, and reporting.

  • Manage and troubleshoot ELT processes for seamless data integration from multiple sources within the data warehouse.

  • Develop and maintain a data dictionary to standardize metrics and ensure consistency across teams.

  • Drive the development of data roadmaps and establish ownership of team-specific KPIs across departments.

  • Promote a data-driven culture by educating teams on best practices and building frameworks to translate business questions into actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Able to work in North American time zones and fluent in English.

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in e-commerce, retail, apparel, or consumer products.

  • Experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central reporting.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.

  • Experience managing ELT processes using tools like Airbyte, Fivetran, and Snowflake.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • High ethical standards and decision-making aligned with company values.

  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently under high-pressure situations.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to track multiple information sources.
