Data Entry Coordinator

Salary: Up to ₱40,000

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated & detail oriented Data Entry Coordinator to support the Planning team’s day to day functions. The perfect candidate will be responsible for accurately & efficiently controlling data files, entering POs, & performing various administrative tasks along with entry level data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and publish daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly DTC and Amazon selling reports.

  • Communicate standout findings and action items from reports to cross-functional teams.

  • Identify and implement necessary updates to existing reporting templates for ease of use.

  • Manage SKU and style creation in Anvyl and the company’s Product Library.

  • Regularly audit the Product Library to ensure it is accurate, organized, and up to date.

  • Update the Amazon product library and coordinate with the Swiftstart team to initiate product setup for new styles and colors.

  • Audit product buy plans to ensure projections and buy quantities remain current.

  • Write and update monthly purchase orders for factories and third-party vendors in Anvyl.

  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with teams in Production, Merchandising, and Operations.

  • Actualize data in monthly projections files.

  • Support the Planning team with ad hoc analysis as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work EST hours.

  • Knowledge of or previous experience in an e-commerce environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn quickly.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Experience with Shopify and Anvyl is a plus.
