E-commerce QA

Permanent Employee, Full-time, Remote, PST Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly responsive E-Commerce QA to join our web team. This role involves supporting the Web Team Lead, VP of Marketing, and cross-functional teams in daily web tasks, digital product management, product launches, and site optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify Plus, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing projects and tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site QA and testing to ensure optimal website performance.

• Join weekly web meetings to assist with documentation and project planning.

• Perform research tasks to evaluate potential web builds and tests.

• Upload new products and set up collections for launches.

• Build and manage discount codes, promo collections, and applicable assets for promotional campaigns, ensuring thorough QA.

• Support web project management activities and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.

• Optimize core collections weekly based on recent performance and other specified needs.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience working with Shopify Plus websites in a similar capacity.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp.

• Proficiency in Shopify Plus Admin console, including Theme Editor, collections, and product setup.

• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work with developers and marketing teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with Shopify features such as tags, metafields, and third-party apps like Rebuy is a plus.
