Salary: ₹940,000 to ₹1,050,000 yearly

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our new initiative. This role focuses on analyzing financial reports, interpreting balance sheets, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidates will possess strong finance and accounting expertise and excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Interpret balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents to provide actionable insights.

• Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial analysis and alignment with business objectives.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in finance and accounting, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.

• Excellent proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.

• Flexibility to align with Indian Standard Time (IST) work hours.

• Previous experience in a Financial Analyst role or similar position is preferred.
