Job Summary:

We are seeking a Google Search Media Buyer to develop and execute high-performing ad campaigns that drive conversions and revenue. This role requires expertise in Google Ads, budget management, audience targeting, and performance tracking, with a strong focus on E-commerce or Affiliate Marketing. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and experienced in optimizing campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max to drive traffic and sales.

  • Allocate and optimize ad spend to efficiently scale campaigns while maximizing ROAS.

  • Continuously monitor KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and adjust campaigns to improve performance.

  • Perform keyword research and audience segmentation to enhance ad relevance and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with creative and web teams to optimize landing pages, ad copy, and messaging for better engagement.

  • Stay ahead of Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to refine media buying approaches.

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, key insights, and strategic recommendations.

  • Work cross-functionally with content, email marketing, and design teams to align paid media efforts with overall brand objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Google Ads media buying, preferably in retail or e-commerce.

  • Strong expertise in Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.

  • Proven experience managing six-figure ad budgets with a focus on scalability and profitability.

  • Deep understanding of PPC metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and third-party tracking tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

  • Experience with feed management and Google Merchant Center is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

  • Experience in E-commerce or Affiliate Marketing is preferred.
