Job Summary:

As a Junior Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive our business growth. Utilizing HubSpot CRM, you will generate, categorize, and manage leads based on predefined criteria and segments. You will implement a systematic approach to organizing leads for targeted outreach, ensuring our sales team has access to high-quality prospects. Your attention to detail and data management skills will be essential in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date lead database.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Categorization:

    • Utilize HubSpot CRM to generate and categorize leads based on predefined criteria or segments.

    • Implement a systematic approach to sorting and organizing leads for targeted outreach.

    • Ensure leads are accurately categorized and ready for the sales team to engage.

  • Data Compilation and Database Management:

    • Compile and manage lead data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    • Maintain and update the lead database in HubSpot CRM, including data entry and cleansing.

    • Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and performance.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand lead requirements and provide high-quality prospects.

    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless lead generation process.

    • Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement:

    • Continuously evaluate and improve lead generation processes and strategies.

    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance lead generation efforts.

    • Propose and implement innovative approaches to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM for generating and managing leads.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement systematic approaches to lead categorization.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and data management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.

  • Background in translation or language-related fields is highly desirable.
