Marketing Operations & Growth Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations & Growth Specialist with deep expertise in email marketing, automation, and conversion optimization across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a strategic and execution-focused marketer who has successfully scaled brands, optimized conversion rates, and built high-performing campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience in full-funnel marketing strategies, CRO, and automation while working cross-functionally with creative and growth teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize the email marketing lifecycle, including automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking (experience with Klaviyo is a plus).

  • Develop and execute high-converting marketing campaigns across email, paid ads, content, and social media.

  • Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve engagement, click-through rates, and revenue growth.

  • Assist with Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI (a plus).

  • Integrate marketing efforts with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GoHighLevel) to streamline customer journeys.

  • Work cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and growth teams to create compelling, data-driven marketing assets.

  • Scale brands from the ground up by crafting unique brand voices, designing content, and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative growth marketing and performance strategies to the team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, and growth marketing.

  • Strong CRO expertise, with experience optimizing conversion funnels and running A/B tests.

  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or GoHighLevel.

  • Experience in paid marketing (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) is a plus.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Creative strategist with a strong understanding of messaging frameworks, offer structures, and automation workflows.

  • Experience collaborating with design and content teams to create impactful marketing materials (proficiency in Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus).

  • Ability to work autonomously and drive measurable ROI.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
