QA Analyst – Consumer Web & Internal Platforms

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a detail-obsessed QA Analyst to own quality assurance across a fast-paced, high-growth consumer brand. This role involves validating frequent releases across a busy e-commerce website, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and internal tools. The ideal candidate is a proactive tester who thrives on finding edge cases before users do and can confidently influence “go/no-go” release decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead manual testing efforts across web and mobile builds, including smoke, regression, sanity, and UAT.

  • Create and execute detailed test cases for all critical customer and internal user flows.

  • Identify and report defects with clear, actionable tickets in tools like Jira.

  • Validate promotions, payment flows, and checkout edge cases across devices and breakpoints.

  • Document test plans and results using platforms like TestRail or Zephyr.

  • Partner with engineers and product managers during sprint cycles to provide early, ongoing QA input.

  • Monitor release stability and track regression issues across consumer-facing and internal platforms.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of QA experience supporting high-traffic web or SaaS platforms.

  • Experience testing e-commerce storefronts and mobile apps (iOS/Android).

  • Expertise in test case management (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray) and bug tracking (Jira, Clubhouse).

  • Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser/device testing, and payment/checkout flows.

  • Strong English communication skills and availability during PST business hours.

  • Familiarity with automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or Postman for API testing.

  • Experience separating test plans for internal platforms vs. consumer-facing applications.

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
