TikTok Shop Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven TikTok Shop Specialist to manage and optimize eCommerce operations on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate has experience in DTC beauty eCommerce, a deep understanding of TikTok's platform and algorithms, and a strong ability to drive sales, enhance brand presence, and manage influencer partnerships. This role requires expertise in product listing optimization, performance analysis, and campaign execution to maximize conversions and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the TikTok Shop storefront to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

  • Oversee the TikTok Shop affiliate program, including discovery, approvals, invitations, tracking, and communication with affiliates.

  • Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and sales.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to create compelling product listings, promotions, and campaigns.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates, customer feedback) to inform data-driven decisions.

  • Stay updated on TikTok’s eCommerce tools, features, and best practices to continuously improve strategies.

  • Develop and implement promotional strategies (discounts, flash sales, influencer collaborations) to drive engagement.

  • Manage the TikTok Shop budget, optimizing spend to achieve ROI and sales targets.

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability and order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce management on TikTok, preferably in the DTC beauty industry.

  • Experience working in eCommerce management for a Shopify brand.

  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, algorithms, and user behavior.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful eCommerce and promotional campaigns.

  • Experience with influencer and affiliate management on TikTok Shop.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Passion for the beauty industry, with a deep understanding of beauty trends and consumer behavior.
